Our non-competitive, once- or twice-weekly SwimFit Squad training is designed for swimmers who have completed our School Age programme and want to continue developing their skills and maintaining fitness at Kings.
Joining the squad helps build endurance with longer sessions while also helping to transition to a higher standard of performance.
This is also the perfect lead in to our competitive squad training with the Vikings Swim Club who are based at Kings and coached by Todd Mason.
Timetable
Our transition squads currently swim on the following days and times.
Wednesday: from 4:00pm – 5:00pm and 6:00pm – 7:00pm Friday: 4:00pm – 5:00pm and 5:00pm – 6:00pm
